Importante reconocimiento a Pehuajó en la presentación del Plan Nacional de Suelo Urbano
A través de un acto encabezado desde la Casa Rosada por el Ministro del Interior, Eduardo de Pedro, el Jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, y la Ministra de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, María Eugenia Bielsa, se presentó el Plan Nacional de Suelo Urbano. Avelino Zurro, Secretario de Municipios de la Nación, fue parte de esta iniciativa que, en su presentación, contó con la participación del intendente Pablo Zurro y otros 37 intendentes de todo el país.
Cabe señalar que en este acto Pehuajó fue uno de los distritos reconocidos nacionalmente por las políticas públicas de suelo urbano que viene desarrollando la gestión del intendente Pablo Zurro, quien expresó al respecto que “Pehuajó fue destacado por la política de tierras que venimos implementando en los últimos años. Por eso es que, mediante el Plan Nacional de Suelo Urbano, seguiremos transformándonos en un distrito cada vez más compacto, equitativo y accesible”. Por su parte, Avelino Zurro, sostuvo que “la producción de suelo urbano no puede quedar librada a las reglas del mercado. Una política de hábitat equitativa y accesible debe ir acompañada de una adecuada generación de suelo urbano producido o promovido por el estado en conjunto con los Municipios para ampliar derechos, distribuir recursos y generar oportunidades”. En ese sentido, aseguró que “la Municipalidad que encabeza Pablo Zurro ha hecho un enorme trabajo en la generación de suelo urbano. Y a partir de ese trabajo, y la cantidad de lotes que tiene el municipio, es que se pueden profundizar las políticas de vivienda y las políticas habitacionales, y eso sin dudas es más oportunidad para los pehuajenses, más desarrollo para Pehuajó y es una política de hábitat que se puede encarar en mediano plazo”.
El programa, que apunta a la articulación con gobiernos provinciales y municipales, cuenta con cuatro ejes programáticos: el Programa Nacional de Producción de Suelo; el Programa Nacional de Capacitación y Asistencia Técnica; la Mesa Intersectorial de Política de Suelo; y el Observatorio Nacional de Acceso al Suelo.
EDUARDO DE PEDRO
El Ministro del Interior, Eduardo de Pedro, aseguró que “hay un consenso en que la pandemia puso en jaque a la economía mundial y que pegó más fuerte en los conglomerados urbanos del mundo. En Argentina hay uno de los niveles de concentración poblacional más grandes del mundo: el porcentaje de concentración en un solo conglomerado es del 40% de la población en el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires”.
“Si bien existen conglomerados más voluminosos, en la relación territorio-población somos uno de los países que ha desarrollado peor sistema productivo y federal: en el corredor productivo que va de La Plata a Rosario se concentra el 48% de las empresas argentinas, que significa 62% del empleo formal. Hay que pensar en una planificación y desarrollo de largo y mediano plazo, para tener una Argentina multipolar”, agregó.
ACCESO Y DIGNIDAD
“La crisis de acceso a la vivienda que se produce en casi todas las ciudades del mundo, nos obliga a repensar la forma en que se gestiona el desarrollo urbano y los instrumentos que debemos poner en práctica para equilibrar las oportunidades de las argentinas y argentinos para obtener un lugar en la ciudad donde poder habitar con dignidad”, se indicó durante la presentación.
En esa línea, resaltaron que “la materialización por primera vez en la Argentina de un Plan Nacional de Suelo Urbano es el resultado de la experiencia acumulada desde distintos ámbitos de la sociedad, grupos profesionales, universitarios y de investigadores, trabajadores y cámaras empresarias, y fundamentalmente el producto de la militancia de miles de personas que nunca renunciaron a este sueño”.
“Revertir las modalidades vigentes de acceso a la tierra es un modo de atender a algunas de las causas estructurales de la pobreza y la desigualdad. El Plan Nacional de Suelo Urbano nos permitirá dar respuesta a través de programas específicos a cada uno de las obligaciones internacionales asumidas por nuestro país en esta materia: a través del Programa de Producción de Suelo Urbano vamos a mejorar las condiciones de oferta de tierra para distintos usos, sectores sociales y programas estatales; con el Programa de Capacitación y Asistencia Técnica incrementaremos las capacidades de los gobiernos subnacionales para implementar nuevas y mejores prácticas urbanísticas; la Mesa Intersectorial nos permitirá generar un ámbito colectivo para pensar el desarrollo territorial con todos los actores (sindicatos, empresarios desarrolladores, organizaciones sociales, cámaras del sector de la construcción e inmobiliarias, cooperativas, provincias y municipios); mientras que el Observatorio de Precios del Suelo permitirá mitigar las prácticas especulativas”.
Además, concluyeron expresando que “nos proponemos metas muy altas, para lograrlas necesitamos construir los consensos necesarios que sostengan una mirada a largo plazo sobre estas temáticas y que también contribuyan a modificar la manera de pensarnos como Nación. Una política de hábitat virtuosa debe ir acompañada de una adecuada gestión del suelo. Para ello, la generación de suelo urbano asequible producido o promovido por el Estado resulta fundamental, como base sobre la cual generar soluciones habitacionales y el arraigo de la población”.
Desde el Bloque del Frente de Todos se presentó un Proyecto de Ordenanza que designa con el nombre de “Carlos ´Pato´ Domínguez” al Complejo de Piletas de la ciudad de Pehuajó, ubicado en Adolfo Mitre N° 299.
El Proyecto propone nombrar un espacio de recreación, educación, socialización y aprendizaje de natación con el nombre de un pehuajense que sin duda ha sido y es un referente para la Educación Física.
Se trata de un reconocimiento a quien fuera un destacado deportista a nivel local, provincial y nacional, pero por sobre todo con un papel destacado en la docencia, con una amplia y reconocida trayectoria en diversos establecimientos educativos, así como en diferentes niveles de la enseñanza.
PATO DOMINGUEZ
Cabe recordar que Carlos “Pato” Domínguez nació en General Alvear, provincia de La Pampa, pero desde los tres años vive en Pehuajó. Realizó sus estudios primarios y secundarios en la Escuela Normal y, si bien inició su formación terciaria en Buenos Aires, culminó la misma en nuestra ciudad. Así recibió el título de Maestro Nacional, con título habilitante para Educación Física e inició su camino a la docencia.
Trabajó en innumerables establecimientos educativos, tanto en la ciudad cabecera como en localidades del partido, como fue el caso de Juan José Paso. En Pehuajó, transitó por la Escuela N° 501, el Ex Colegio Nacional, el ISFDyT N° 13, la Escuela Normal, la EP N° 15, el CEF N° 13 y la Escuela Técnica. Innumerables recuerdos, anécdotas e historias, con niños, niñas y adolescentes que sin duda dejó huellas en sus vidas.
PILETAS
Pero el “Pato” es un símbolo de las temporadas de verano en Pehuajó. Primero en el Centro Infantil Parroquial (CIP) durante doce años y luego en el Club Atlético Estudiantes Unidos, en donde pasó treinta ocho años de su vida.
“Como cada vez que entregamos Pehuajitos, las familias pehuajenses nos reciben con mucho amor, nos da mucho placer poder entregar el kit y así poder continuar con las políticas inclusivas y estar al lado de la gente” expresó Zurro tras la visita.
En el marco del Programa “Pehuajitos”, el Intendente Pablo Javier Zurro junto con la Concejala Amanda Molejón, visitaron la localidad de Juan José Paso donde entregaron un nuevo kit que contiene elementos esenciales para los primeros días de vida de los niños o niñas que nacen en el Sistema Público de Salud.
“Como cada vez que entregamos Pehuajitos, las familias pehuajenses nos reciben con mucho amor, nos da mucho placer poder entregar el kit y así poder continuar con las políticas inclusivas y estar al lado de la gente” dijo Zurro tras la visita.
“Pehuajitos” fue lanzado en 2019 por el intendente Pablo Zurro. Consiste en los siguientes materiales para cada una de las familias: Catre, Bolso y Cambiador, Manta de algodón doble, Manta, Babero, Gorro, Pantalón y Batita, 2 Bodies (manga corta y larga), Toalla, 3 Babitas, 2 pares de Medias, Algodón, Toallitas húmedas, Óleo calcáreo, Pañales, Termómetro digital, Kit de Mamaderas y Chupete, Mordillo-Sonajero, y un Libro con información útil.
POLÍTICA
La canasta básica aumentó en julio un 7,13%: se necesitan 990 pesos más para comprar lo mismo
El presente trabajo fue registrado durante el pasado mes de Julio con la metodología habitual: se relevan los precios de 38 productos de la llamada “canasta básica de alimentos”, en la ciudad de Pehuajó, en los mismos comercios, con los mismos productos, mismos formatos y marcas. Informe elaborado por el concejal Pablo Lanik.
El registro del mes de Julio indica en consecuencia un incremento porcentual inter mensual en los precios del 7,13 %. Esto lleva el acumulado del 2022 a un incremento de la canasta de un 45,52 %. El incremento anualizado Julio 2021/Julio 2022 asciende al 76,39%.
El importe total para la compra de los 38 productos que era en el mes de junio de $ 13.886,47 llegó en el pasado mes de julio a la cifra de $ 14.877,23.
El incremento registrado en este pasado mes de julio, constituye el registro mensual más alto del último año.
